Motel Policies

Please review the following Policies:

• Cancellation Policy. If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason anytime between time of reservation and two days (48 hours) prior to 2:00 PM on the day of yours arrival, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel less than two days prior to your arrival, the entire first night deposit will be forfeited

• You have to be at least 18 years of age to reserve or to check into a room. All guest under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Check in / check out time.
  Check-in time is anytime after 2:00 PM
  Check – out time is at 11:00 AM
• Rates are subject to a change. After completion of your reservation your rate will be guaranteed for your stay.
